Hi. My fileserver is replicating data from two other locations, so I only
have to bakcup the data here at my location. But I cant backup the DFS folder
on my server? The vssadmin show error on "DFS Writer"! Im normally using
Symantec BackupEXEC, but if I use NT Bakcup, I get the same error. It is like
it can not create the Snapshot. I have other folders on the server, that
function fine, using snapshots. It is like the DFS is the problem, or the DFS
writer...

My servers are all Windows 2003 R2 32 bit. All updated to the teeth.

At the bottom of the article Danny referenced, there is a "real world hint".
Use it.
