Lost keyboard and mouse

Installed new drivers for my Logitech Trackball and after reboot lost both
mouse and keyboard functions. When windows reboots I get an error message
that it can't find something (can't remember what) then says save all work
and shuts down.

Safe mode doesn't help either. Any suggestions please.

Your problem is not related in any way to the file system. I recommend you
repost it in a relevant newsgroup, e.g. WindowsXP.general. Remember to state
your operating system (Windows 2000 / Windows XP / Vista / other) and exact
message you see. "Can't remember what" is not sufficient to provide good
advice.

If you use Windows XP then System Restore might fix the problem.
