my profile on xp damage-Help!!!!

i have xp sp2 and my profile are damage \missing
from :c:\document and settings\user profile
the problem are :
same file in this folder (my profile) are missing
what i do:
scan disk,repare to the windows,sca for viruse,add permission to sub
folder,try with the easy recovery tool
not resolve can anyone help me any resolve its very very imported
