How can I set all the files in a folder to sort by month? For example,
January, February, March, April, May, etc.

You can sort them by date, which will sort them by month too. If you wish to
ignore the year in your sort order then you have to precede each file name
by the month number (January=01, February=02 etc), then sort by name.
