When I open my Windows XP Windows Explorer program it always opens with the
highlighted file (default) being Local Disk- Documents and Settings - All -
Start menu. Is there a way that I can have it open with the My Documents
Folder being the default file to highlight? This would save me having to
locate and click the My Documents folder every time I use the Windows
Explorer.

Create a new shortcut with a Target that reads exactly;

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n,::{450D8FBA-AD25-11D0-98A8-0800361B1103}
