What file gets invoked by System File Backup? Would it be ntbackup.exe? If
so then this will help:
1. Create a folder C:\NTBackup
2. Copy the following files into it:
ntbackup.exe
ntmsapi.dll
vssapi.dll
You will find these files on any WinXP machine in the c:\Windows\System32
folder.
3. Double-click C:\NTBackup\ntbackup.exe and take it from there.

If you still have a problem, please be a lot more specific in order to
eliminate the need for respondents to guess what your environment might be.
